The free ones I occasionally get in my race packet work fine for me.

Just look on ebay, you can get one cheap, or at your local tri store, they'll be about $10

I am not a fan of the one I have with snaps...never fits race number well, end up using safety pins.  I got one free at the Chicago triathlon that I love, it is the Fuel Belt Reflective Race Number Belt, description below, sells for approx $10.  Only seen it in red though, if that matters.

"Be seen, with this reflective race number belt from Fuel Belt. Made with Fuel Belt's high visibility reflective material, these race belts are a necessity for those races that run on into the night. Your race number easily attaches using lace locks, which allows your race number to float along with your body's movements, instead of being in a fixed position were it can get crinkled or in the way. The adjustable buckle closure allows fitment for a broad range of waist sizes."

I don't think any race belt could hold the number better than the one I mentioned above.  I had problems with the snaps on others coming undone.

I have a spi belt that I love.  I think you can find them online but I got mine during my danskin tri.  It is a little more expensive but I think it is awesome!

I use the one mentioned above by FuelBelt and works great...no snaps to deal with.

I use the fuel belt one too.

I tried a couple of others that always left my bib buckled in the middle unless I did the belt up really tight, which I didn't like.

I also have a SPI belt and give it a thumbs up.  The little pocket is great for gels and it doesn't bounce around.

It is a 1 inch nylon strap with a compression buckle... I use an old backpacking strap I have... or I pin the number to my shirt.
