Im not sure what those exercises are. What Im doing is basically the wide grip pulldowns, but without the wide grip - about shoulder width.
It seems that a lot of people are requesting something like this. Would it be possible to create a template in everybody's log named something like BT Core. That way everyone would have it and they could just select it to import the excercises in. Just a thought...
That's what I was kinda thinking...We can have templates for Core #1-#6 or Riccis workouts plus any other 'routines' out their for easy addition of multiple exercises per day.
