Back - Pulldowns              --> (Not wide-grip)

Shoulders - Standing DB Press

Biceps - DB Curls              --> (Not alternating)

Just kidding! Those are good suggestions for the list. I think there are a few more we are missing that could be suggested

pseudoyams, is it possible that one of the exercises below is what you had in mind for the Back - Pulldowns? We're trying to limit any duplication in the exercise db. 

Bent arm Lat Pulldowns
Lateral pull-downs
Straight Arm Lat Pulldowns

Im not sure what those exercises are.  What Im doing is basically the wide grip pulldowns, but without the wide grip - about shoulder width.

Added:

Shoulders - Standing DB Press

For Back - Pulldowns, use Lateral Pull-downs.

Here's the list:

ABS Crunches




ABS Knee Up Crunches




CORE Hip lifts




ABS Lying Oblique Crunches




CORE Side Planks




CORE Superman




LEGS Oblique Leg Extensions




LEGS Bridged Leg Lifts




CHEST Pushups




CORE Heel Touches




ABS Bicycles

  It seems that a lot of people are requesting something like this.  Would it be possible to create a template in everybody's log named something like BT Core.  That way everyone would have it and they could just select it to import the excercises in.  Just a thought...

That's what I was kinda thinking...We can have templates for Core #1-#6 or Riccis workouts plus any other 'routines' out their for easy addition of multiple exercises per day.
