I'll be flying home late Friday evening from some high altitude, arse kickin' training fun and I don't want to lose this momentum. I see there is a training run Sunday in Flint, but I'm not up for more travel like that. So, who is doing what this weekend that I can join? I haven't swam since Carl's, so getting into the water would be niiiiice. Anyone? Anything? Buehler? |

On the 9th - I will be in, on, and around the ocean getting in some of this stuff called sunshine and humidity and salt air, and starting my 7 day long birthday extravaganza in paradise. triOK - 2009-08-06 11:21 AM Im coming back to Michigan. I am super excited that you are returning to visit... however I am leaving the state for a week+ tomorrow, and will totally miss your visit! BOOOOO for timing.

Kimm: The plan for Saturday is for the hubster and I to head out to ILRA for a 3:30 bike followed by a 40 minute run. Time is TBD right now. Hub is only in for an hour or so bike and plans to hold down a nice picnic spot till I'm done with my insanity. I'd add swim, too, but I don't think we'll be out there till, oh, 10ish so I thought I'd get the sched'd swim in poolside while hubster sleeps in. I'm praying weather holds out! |

Are you serious? I was avoiding looking at the doppler until I was ready for my 2hour run today. SUCKS!!! I don't mind running in the rain but not for 2 hours 15 minutes like my plan calls for. I hate the thought of the treadmill for that long. What is a girl to do? I really wanted to do a couple of loops at Stoney. |
