Subject: RE: Copy workout on planned trainingPretty much, I want my running plan to stay the same but I want to put in the same swim on M W F and the same Bike on Tues and Thursday since I am basically training for a 100K my run plan is set just wanted to make myself see a bike and swim on the schedule so when I throw in some half ironmans during the training I am sorta prepared :- ) If my plan shows some swimming and biking I am more apt to do it. |
