Statement from the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints:

The First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints issued the following statement Tuesday:

We congratulate President Obama on winning a second term as President of the United States.

After a long campaign, this is now a time for Americans to come together. It is a long tradition among Latter-day Saints to pray for our national leaders in our personal prayers and in our congregations. We invite Americans everywhere, whatever their political persuasion, to pray for the President, for his administration and the new Congress as they lead us through difficult and turbulent times. May our national leaders reflect the best in wisdom and judgment as they fulfill the great trust afforded to them by the American people.

We also commend Governor Romney for engaging at the highest level of our democratic process which, by its nature, demands so much of those who offer themselves for public service. We wish him and his family every success in their future endeavors.

Yep, pretty much...The Dalai Lama, who relinquished the responsibility of political head of Tibetans in June last year, said "as just one among the six million Tibetans I want to thank you for your steady encouragement of our efforts to find a peaceful resolution to the problems in Tibet." "When you first took office, I remember writing to you that the world places great hope in the democratic vision and leadership of the United States and that I hoped you would be able to shape a more peaceful world, bearing in mind the poverty, injustice and deprivation suffered by billions of people," he said, adding that the need to address these issues remains pressing today.

Ok, so maybe not all..."We heard moderate speech from Obama when he won the first time, but his policies contradicted with his speech. Now there is a good opportunity to implement what he promised without the Zionist lobby pressurising him," Hamas said.

I have many friends who suffered greatly last week in Queens (Breezy Point and Rockaway) and they have received a great deal of help from groups of Mormons who are going from house to house and volunteering all sorts of help. They are very grateful to them. The Red Cross, now that's another story...

You are right it is a long title but not a single person rather a group of people.  Specifically the First Presidency of the Church, 3 people the President and two councilors, and the Quarum of the Twelve Apostles 12 men who help run The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  These two groups are the highest governing body of the church.
