As for which training program, try answering this question: is there one discipline you feel you are stronger in than the others? Or one you feel weak in? If you have one discipline you feel needs work, pick one on the schedules that focuses on that. If you feel relatively equal in each, I would go with one of the balanced programs. They worked for me last year. I started in january of last year unable to swim, picked the swim focused, which worked well for me.
I am planning on the Seahorse and the Grand Haven in my race mix this year. |
