Subject: RE: P90X 2010 Fall ChallengeThe diet is important in that you switch gears (adding and reducing carbs )during the program, it doesnt have to be perfect as long as you are consistant. BT logging helps me so I can see what Im getting for cals and ratios. The Lean and Classic are very similiar workouts, you are swapping out a day of Core synergistics for lifting, its the diet that makes the difference. The workouts are different for everyone, I have difficulty with Abripperx, one handed pushups,wall squats,corncob pullups' and some others. Having the ability to pause will allow you to ease into the program, I still recommend doing the whole workout because its important for overall improvement. Some nights you may have to skip a workout, just keep going. Motivation and accountability will be the groups purpose, the more everyone gets involved the better! |
