| 90 miles south of Titletown, USA | Subject: RE: Hooked on Adrenaline Tri? I did three loops of the bike course a few weeks back as it is pretty much in my backyard (Jackson). It's a fairly rolling/hilly ride. Nothing too serious as far as climbs go, but the ride will definitely keep you honest. The first mile on Cedar Creek Rd. will have your nether regions begging for mercy. As for the run, if i'm guessing correctly as to the T1/T2 setup, there will be a decent hill coming out of transition. Once you're out of the park it should be pancake flat and you will finish by running down the same hill that you ran up at the start (don't hold me to this...educated guess). I doubt I will do this race, but I will probably be there to spectate/volunteer (might be brother's first tri). Good luck and have fun. Pat |
