They are added.  Arnold presses are killers-glad you were the one doing them.

These are.. let me see if I can explain. Instead of raising your heels off the ground, leave your heels on the ground and raise the rest of your foot. Seriously works the shin muscles.

Done. Just out of curiosity, those reverse calf raises (I think for the soleus?), are those weighted exercises?

They're not with a machine, if that's what you mean. I don't currently weight them because the exercise alone is plenty, but I'll probably start adding weight via dumbells at some point.

Thanks Ron!

BTW, according to what I've read, they work the tibialis anterior,  whatever that is

Speaking of exercises...QUESTION! (raising hand)

I have a have exercises that I warm up with, but don't know the proper name for them.

One where you lay out flat on your back on the floor straight and raise you upper body yntil you hand touch you toes

one where you lay out flat on your back and raise and hold your arm/ legs just off the ground, crunch into ball then go back, legs/arms dont touch ground.

one where you laydown flat on your back straight, left leg bent and foot flat on floor. raise right leg and hold off ground. bring right knee to chest and do crunch so that left elbow touches right knee. switch legs/arms.

one the you lay flat on your stomach. raise right arm and left leg and hold slightly off ground. raise even futher then back down (but not touching floor). switch arm/leg.

Help please.

These are type of stretches and PT, I'm not sure of the names. I'm sure some website out there has the names. If you lay on your stomach with leg/ arms in the air is called a superman, thats the only one I know.

seated calf rasiese work primarily the soleus.

Ron, Can you move deadlifts over to the back section and add romanian deadlifts to the legs. THanks

Hi, could you please add Bent BB Row to the Back workouts? There's already a Bent DB Row in there, so if there's a way to put them next to each other in the list, that would be good.

I love the weight matrix, BTW. Thanks!
