Subject: Wednesday Swim Sassamat?

Would like to go for a swim in the drink with more than just me.

Anybody want to do this and go 3 time around the lake after wards?

Could be Wed or Thursday. 

Still not entirely sure how to get there so if we could meet at a designated place it would be helpful.

I just read that they do this on Sunday @0830. 

Is this true? If so, do I need to join this club to do this?

I'm planning on doing my usual Tues/Thurs swims at Sasamat after work starting next week - probably around 5-5:30ish.

I'm doing a track workout on Wed in coquitlam if you guys want to meet me there after the swim!

I might try to join you next Tuesday - which lot are you going to park in and which beach are you going to start from?  If I'm not there by 5:45 it means I got hung up at work.

Cool, I'll be parking in the lowest lot - closest to the concession stand. I'll either be there or on the beach, just look for my car (blue golf with TCBY on the back).

I am just a newbie and have a long way to go before I do anything serious in triathlon or good rides but I have one question.  Isn't that lake really cold just courious?

define what you mean by "realy cold".

We were in this morning - it's getting quite lovely.  I debated if I should use my neoprene cap, decided to wear it but by the end of the swim I was pretty warm so I won't use it again this season.

Would I swim without a wetsuit? No freaking way.

Join us on Tuesday night (the 28th)!

Good to hear the water's warming up quickly!

BTW - Tuesday is the 26th, Thursday is the 28th. Although, I should be there both days!
