Welcome to the Tour De France,

Your team line up for this year is:

chatierm22

ebshot

kromanowki

mchally

Rudedog55

serendipity

skrtrnr

TriAya

TriPolar

wgraves7582

This team is a Tour debutante and wildcard entry in 2009. Skil Shimano is an unknown quantity which is why they are so exciting to see racing. Although individual riders have a range of racing esperience none have much testing at the grand tour level.

Based on the habits of previous wild card entries look out for them on the roads to get into breakaways and get some tv time while giving it a go on various days.

Just a quick reminder that the challenge rules are posted in the original sign up thread but if there are any queries please let me know!

Also... the one rule I need to remind you about is NO posting of information from the live Tour De France in team threads until AT LEAST 24 hours after it has occurred. This is to allow people to watch repeats or time delayed coverage without having their viewing destroyed by knowing the end result!

Have a great July... no doubt I will pop in occassionally.

SuperCat

Cool! This is a SUPER team with some of the BEST people on BT!!! It's so awesome to be here with you all!

In the event you don't know, I'm Yanti

I said I'd ride 30 min for all the Stages, but it may have been 20 min. Or did I really pledge all the Stages? GROAN ... I'm already behind then ... can I have some encouragement to actually UNPACK MY BIKE from the box???

Happy T.I.T.S. to all! My T.I.T.S. will be happy, I assure you

MORNING TEAM SKIL SHIMANO.

power tools really?  too funny.

well its another month of challeges. and a fine one at that.

this ones gonna ROCK!  (or is that ROLL?  LOL)

i raced yesturday (a local 5K) but i threw in a bike ride to the park race just to get my legs primed for this months Tour De France Challenge.

i ran/rode in honor of an incredible young man and two beautiful children all of whom lost their battle with cancer.  TO JOHN, RILEY AND SAWYER.  your life continues on in the hearts of those that love you.

that aside....

i'd say were already getting this challenge off to a good start

SO LETS GET A PEADLIN'  TEAM SKIL SHIMANO!!!

Another quick post from vacation.  Having a blast hanging out by the pool.  My aunt and uncle are waiting on us hand and foot.  They are the best.  My uncle made us the best dinner last night.  Scallops for an appetizer and then some killer ribs.  Good stuff.  Anyway, I haven't gotten any T.I.T.S and don't think I will until next weekend.  We are extending our vacation a few days.  But not to worry, I'll get it all!!!

Hope everyone had a great 4th of July.  See ya!

I guess that I better get my bike out now.

I will put in a ride after school tomorrow...scratch that.  I will drive 2/3r the way to school tomorrow and ride the rest....and then I will have to ride back to my car as well.
I will park at St Edwards State Park and make it a brick with a trail run.

I think that I have planned myself a fun afternoon.

Get out that bike.

Make sure to run bike away from the stresses of household management now and then.

ETA:  Never mind, we are now on page 2!

Morning team!  Sorry I was MIA over the holiday weekend.  I was being lazy.  (I think I've already blown the peach challenge, hopefully I'll do better here.)

Looks like I know most of you, but hello to those I don't.  I'm going to be stuck at work alot this month, so I'll be struggling to get out and ride but should have plenty of time to post pad contribute meaningfully to the thread.

Hello All!!!

Well today is first day back from vacation.  On one hand its nice sleeping in my own bed but on the other hand it was nice to be able to step out the back door and go down to the lake.  Kind of sad that we only had one day of nice weather (the last day of course).  Oh well what can ya do.

Now I need to go find out what I put my goals at and get riding.

...wait a minute, it was only 25 minutes so it doesn't count as a stage.  But, hey, I got some T.I.T.S.

edit because *T!T$* was cut out making it say that 'I got some'   Personally I think that sounds worse.
