Subject: Visitors view logs

Is there a way to allow sponsors/friends to view my training log ,short of giving them my log in info?

Sure. Go to the first tab, labeled Privacy Settings, in your Training Log Settings page and check "Allow guests of the site to view any logs you have made public".  Also make sure that "Training log is private?" is NOT checked.
