I'm in Markham this week for business.  Anyone around got a good place to eat? Any suggestions on what to do?

I used to be there.

Any place on East Beaver Creek is good (Hwy7 and 404).

Centennial Pool and Thornlea Secondary school are good places to swim,

Other than that, go see a movie or drive downtown because there's not much more to do.
