happy holidays everyone!

i haven't been around much lately, but i will be back once i'm back in training mode. enjoying my time off, but ready to get back into the swing of things. i've heard that santa brought me a new reflective vest and some yaks-tracks (sp?), so i'll be out running in the snow once the temps no longer freeze my lung tissue (-8 F right now, with a -24 F windchill...hurrah!). hope everyone here is doing well and gets lots of goodies for xmas!
