I suggest you eat a normal breakfast and then go for longish run. That should be enough to tell you if your breakfast choice is no good. I usually eat cold cereal and skim milk. Before my first Xterra, I rented a cabin at the venue, and ate in their cafeteria. They had scrambled eggs and bagels for breakfast. I was worried that would kill my stomach, but actually, I never felt better! |
