Subject: Locked out of Training Plan Support?

Silver members get access to the "Training Plan Support" forum, don't they?  I tried to post a question and it took me to an upgrade page.  Anyone else have this problem?

A Gold  Performance Membership is required for access to that forum.

Actually, access to the coaches via that forum is the only difference between the Silver and Gold Memberships.
