Subject: where is that post about swim drills & video

Sorry, kind of rude to clutter the message board asking for help on locating something.  Please forgive me this one time.

 I have looked past two days and thought I saved a thread where someone (female) posted a link to videos of different swimming drills?  I am stuck and cannot find the thing.

  Anyways, if anyone knows where that is or who posted it I would be very grateful.
