Subject: Garmin data not transferring?

I have properly installed my Garmin Forerunner and USB piece to my laptop however when I try to sync my data to Beginner Triathlete I get a message that it has found my device but that there is no data for any of my workouts despite my having saved them to my forerunner.  Am I doing something wrong?

Have you confirmed that they exist on the dates that you're attempting to upload from? For instance, to upload a run from yesterday you would have to go to yesterday's date in your log to get it to 'see' that run.
