Subject: graph options all say "Subscribers Only"

Went to the Graphs - Actual for a friend of mine.  The drop down list has "Subscribers Only" next to almost all the options.  This isn't the case with my own graphs, though.

If I try to select one of them from the drop-down, I am redirected to the BT homepage.

That is by design. Both the account being used to view the data and the account to which the data belongs need to be Performance Membership accounts.
