Subject: "Foam Rolling" option to log under "Sports"Yes, I know foam rolling is just short of self-induced water boarding ... but have found myself having to do it to alleviate some @#$% IT band issues. Given that it is not that much fun, I am looking to use the time logged as a motivation to continue through the 15-20 minute session as well as to track the beneficial affects over time in arresting the tight muscle + facia problems. Long way of saying that I was surprised to find that it is not one of the many options available to log under "Sports" and was hoping that it could be included? Thanks!  |
