Subject: I'm back !

and I sorely missed BT !

I was in Ocean City Md this weekend for a State's Attorneys' Conference... did a little learnin, a little lot drinkin and I got in one ocean swim and two 4 mile runs.

The oean swim was terrifying !  I LOVE OWS but I was by myself and the water was a lot rougher (that'swhatshesaid) then I was used to.  Plus I swallowed a giant mouthful of salt water ... which almost came back up.  I'm not afraid of sharks but I kept thinking one was right behind me.

Anyhow, it's good to be back and I missed you all almost as much as I missed my bike my husband.

Did I miss anything good?
