Subject: OWS in Manhattan Beach CA? Need Recommendation
Hi buddies I am on biz travel in SoCal, staying in Manhattan Beach near LA. Great running on the strand and the MB park trail! What about OWS? Can I swim between Hermosa Pier and Manhattan Beach Pier? Is it safe and common to do so? Any other recommendations for good place to swim? My legs are run'd out and I need a good swim. Thanks in advance.

Hermosa to Manhattan is safe and common, in fact this sunday (8/2) is the Pier to Pier.  You can swim it with 1100 of your closest friends.  (signups have passed though, up to you if you want to bandit the swim).
