Subject: bike problems
I am getting ready for my first triathalon and I just bought a cheap 250 denali road bike. I am having gear problems i cant find the right cadence, i dont need it to high because i live in orlando and its flat but when i try to adjust it the gears arent catching. Also i feel like i am either pedaling to fast and going nowhere or pushing way to hard. Any advice?

Buy a bike computer with Cadence. I have one from Cateye that has been great. Ride around 90 rpm for a while. That's a good place to start. From there, you can probably find a cadence you're comfortable with.
