Things that get left behind in the kitbag

I just extracted a toxic substance that used to be a banana from my kitbag. My bag has a loose inner in the bottom and somehow this " thing" migrated underneath the inner and got squashed, must have sat there for at least a week contemplating it's revenge and last night when I got back from my swim, it saw it's change and attacked my sense of smell. It was evil.
I always take a banana or two with me to training or a race. From now on...I WILL check the bottom of the bag
Anybody else have something jump out their bags after being forgotten there?
