Subject: Any one in the Niagara region?
Hi,
I've been training for a half marathon for the grapes and one in TO in October. After that I would like to join a group training for tris. I am planning on doing my first triathlon in early summer next year and I am looking for a group in the area for inspiration, motivation... Anyone in the area? Been running for 2 years, just started swimming and cycling again after 20 years... a bit rusty but excited. Anyone out there?

Well, are you in luck! We have a great group that runs out of the YMCA in St Catharines. The website is www.tryforce.ca That will give you an idea of what we do. We train year round, inside in winter and outside in good weather. There are people of all levels and abilities. We are a motivating, very social group.
