Which Plan do you guys recommend? Can train 3x's per week in each event. Leaning twords going with the Silver Olympic Bridge? Thoughts? or any insight?
Have any of you used any of the other plans, or this one? ie Bronze, Free, or Silver one's? What did you like and not like for those plans??
I usually look at the first two weeks of the plan, determine how much time I have until the race, & look at the maximum amount of time required. I use that to decide which plan.
