Subject: OK, tell me, it's fineI had a mental breakdown this week and didn't worry about food and I didn't exercise. However, I'm back together now, and I'm going to start my training program over ( I was only 2 weeks in ), and this time stick with it. I still managed to lose some weight this week, so it wasn't a total loss. I have to be hard headed and OCD about my journaling. I think I'm ok. |
