Subject: My Plate exercise question
How accurate does everyone feel about the exercise calories added in for exercise? it seems high to me but i just started using it.

Most things that estimate calories estimate high IMHO.  So I tend to use the "moderate" when maybe I really did "vigorous", etc.  I also  tend to try to aim to keep my overall calorie total for the day at a set amount rather than look at their "net calorie" calculation.  The way I see it, if I aim for 2300 calories a day, some days I'll burn 3000, some days I'll burn 2000 and it will all even out in the wash.  Now, that doesn't mean on a day I do a TON of training I won't eat a little extra and go above 2300.  Common sense applies.  But for the most part I tend to do about the same amount of training every day since I'm not training for long course, so this works for me.
