Subject: Early morning run * Tuesday September 1st 6:00am*
I will be parking in the parking lot on the South side of Little River just East of Banwell @ 6:00am.
Run will be (10km) 45mins- 1hr probably at a 8:30(5:16) to 9:00(5:35) pace ...here is a crude map of my plan....warning "hills".

I would have loved to join you on this. Give me just a little more lead time, I usually only check this site in the morning. Next time you can park at my house on McTague. I run that route regularly. When is your next scheduled run?
