Subject: North Atlanta Multisport Club Meeting - 9/12/09
Not to detract from the Hot Lips Hustle 5K and all it's furry fun (and great cause), but I want to remind everyone about the NAMC Sept. meeting on Saturday, September 12th.  We'll be doing a group brick workout in Stone Mountain, GA!  This is a no-drop 16 mile ride followed by a 3 mile run. A brief meeting will be held at TriYourBest after the workout.
