Subject: 2009 Dewey Beach Tri
Hi all,

I finished the race on Saturday but the wind and rough ocean did not help my results. Did anyone else participate? It looked like a lot of people struggled with the swim so I wasn't the only one.

This will only make me train harder for the next event!

I did Make-A-Wish yesterday and had a terrible swim.  It was actually not as choppy later in the day when I was at the beach with the kids.
