![]() Run
Comments: A good race. I wanted to run 7:45/mi and ended up at 7:46/mile so i am happy with my performance. Lost focus in the middle of the race and lost my rythm for a bit. Need to concentrate on breathing and rhythm in next race. What would you do differently?: Take two waters at each station ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walked around, stretched. There was a good spread after the race with lots of food, drink and sponsors. Hartford Marathon Foundation sets up a good camp!!!! What limited your ability to perform faster: Heat!!! First really hot day in CT in a long time so I was not used to running in it. Event comments: Great race, will do it again if schedule permits.
