Subject: Not importing a training programI plan to use the 20 week Ironman training program for silver members as my starting point, but I am going to adapt it quite a bit primarily because I have more than thirty weeks before my IM, but also because I already have set swimming days different than what is assumed in the plan, I go to Crossfit in lieu of strength training days, etc. I would like to access and perhaps print out the whole plan and then just manually add the workouts every week or couple weeks. I don't want to import the whole plan because it seems like it would be very tedious to have to manually move virtually every single workout. So, is there a way to get the whole 20 week plan without importing it into my training log? Thanks. |
