Nutrition Log Idea

Itd be nice to have a "update all" button or the likes in the nutrition log.  For example, instead of adding a single food item, setting the serving size, etc and click update on that individual food it would be nice to be able to add multiple foods to the meal, set the serving sizes for all of them, then click the Update All button to have the whole list updated.  Any chance something like this can be put into place?
