Swim
  • 00m
  • 500 yards
  • / 100 yards
Comments:

The swim was super fast for me and I had a great time. It didn't give me any more experience with swimming with a lot pf people in chop.. so I was kinda like doing a fast workout.
What would you do differently?:

I think I went too fast.. I think I should buck up and do some flip turns, but I get nervous when I race.
Transition 1
  • 00m
Comments:

this transition SUCKED.. I was tired and a bit confused, the safety pin on my numbert busted so I had to fix that, and I took a long time getting everything on.. I need to practive this..
What would you do differently?:

NOT have my number on that stupid band, have everything in a pile, not on my seat and on the ground
Bike
  • 00m
  • 10 kms
  • 0.00 km/hr
Comments:

The bike was ok. Dan passes me after i was stuck behind a bus. I need to be a better biking, it hurt a little.
What would you do differently?:

I don't know, be more aggressive passing cars etc?
Transition 2
  • 00m
Comments:

T2 was rough too cause I saw a towel like mine but it wasn't so I was int he wrong area, I was super confused. bike racked and helmet off I was good.. SHOE LACES WERE IN KNOTS!!!!!
What would you do differently?:

untie my flippin shoes! focus on where I was to go.
Run
  • 00m
  • 4 kms
  •  min/km
Comments:

OUCH! it hurt, it was NOT fun... I wasn't happy with my ability to run AT ALL..
What would you do differently?:

maybe 5 and 1's to start?
Post race
Warm down:

warm down? pant a bit walk a bit.. went in ocean

What limited your ability to perform faster:

my transitions.. UGH and my run..

Event comments:

The race was so fun.. all of the people were super frendly and the participants are so cute.. I absolutly adored being a part of this race
