Comments:

I had a good swim, but I was really tired. I was up late four nights in a row and had to get up at 5:00am to get to the race. And I had a hard training day on Friday at tri camp

What would you do differently?:

Get more sleep the week before the race.

Warm down:

Because I was at the race with tri camp, we did a 5k beach run for recovery. Not my idea of warm-down.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

being tired.

Event comments:

I like open water swimming, so I'm happy they have these races. I would like to do more of the series, but it is far from my house.
