horrible heat, LOTS of water stations, which turned out to be kinda bad, i kept pouring the water over my head and eventually my shoes started to get waterlogged, pretty heavy toward the end of the race.

stood in line for a massage for 45 minutes, trying not to puke.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

my bed calling my name.

great course, i can't wait to do it next year, hopefully on an "on day"
overall rank stated above was for chicks, for dudes and chicks i was 22 out of 56. so how long does it take to get over heat exhaustion?
