Subject: Training log help
Hello folks!  I've been trying to figure out my training plan.  I've picked my program and saved it to my log, will the log tell me what I need to do everyday?  Or is this something I must enter manually?  I think the site is great!  What a motivator!  Thanks BT!

Most of the free plan are "minutes only" meaning they don't contain workout details. If you're new to cycling and running then it will be enough to start by just getting out there and doing the sports at a comfortably hard pace. Swimming is a different thing entirely, and while you may see improvement by just going to the pool  and putting in the yards, the benefits of taking some lessons from a good coach or at a Masters class can't be overstated.
