If you're new to cycling and running then it will be enough to start by just getting out there and doing the sports at a comfortably hard pace. Swimming is a different thing entirely, and while you may see improvement by just going to the pool and putting in the yards, the benefits of taking some lessons from a good coach or at a Masters class can't be overstated. |
