Subject: can we change miles to km's?

can't seem to find anywhere to change distance from miles to kilometres? I might be blind, anyone know if this is possible?

Also weight to kilo's would be great.

Settings -> Training Log Settings -> Log Defaults

You can then set these in the "Default Measurements" section.
