Subject: Have a custom plan in Excel -- how to import into BT?

I've looked all over the site, and can't find what I'm looking for.

I have a plan I'd like to import into BT and into my training log. It is currently in an Excel format. Is there a way to import the plan without having to re-key it into BT? If the instructions are on the site, can someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks!!
