I like Welshy and this is why...

He is one of the smartest and most in tuned people I have ever met. I like Welshy because he will stand up to anyone and has no problem expressing his beliefs. He loves his daughter and is very caring to all people close to him. He is a hard worker and driven to do things that seem out of reach just to prove that he can. He is very witty and has a wonderful sense of humor.

I'm biased though, because I really do like him...
