Hot as hell and had to decrease rythm. I was expecting doing the 10K in aprox. 53 min....but everything went overboard

Congratulations on your tri!!!!  Gosh it's hard to think that of being too hot as I sit and look at snow out my window.  It's nice to hear about warm weather.
