How do I put icons, age and stuff next to name for threads? And will I be notified if one of my threads is answered? Also I wrote my very first article called An honorable sportsman by Cody Hanson. i sent it to BT. When will I find out if it got posted? And if it does how will I find out? Thanks

Hi Cody,
To upload an avatar to display under your name in the forums, go to your Control Panel and use the Upload profile image: function at the bottom of the page. The maximum size for a picture is 50kb. A good, free photoresizer can be found at http://www.irfanview.com/

And will I be notified if one of my threads is answered?

This is governed by a setting in your control panel under the "Email Settings" section. The two relevant settings are  "Receive e-mail notifications by default?" and "Include the body of the message in update notifications?"

Also I wrote my very first article called An honorable sportsman by Cody Hanson. i sent it to BT. When will I find out if it got posted? And if it does how will I find out? Thanks

Thank you very much for the article submission. Reading/editting submitted articles takes a good amount of time, so it may be a couple weeks before you hear anything. You'll definitely be notified if it's going to be published. Ron does everything related to that, so he may have more to add here.
