Comments: I faded as the race went on. I started out hard trying to keep up with the fast guys. My hr was in the 140's - 150's most of the race What would you do differently?: Do some warm up walking before the race Post race
Warm down: Walked a littled to cool dwon and stretch out. Drank a bottle of Accelerade What limited your ability to perform faster: Mentally being able to push harder during the middle of the race as I started to tire. Event comments: After the race we went to Baker's Square to evaluate the video footage taken of our technique. I need to keep my strides shorter (and turn over more) as I am bouncing. I also need to keep my arms higher and get more swing from them. Last updated: 2006-04-16 12:00 AM

I over slept and got a late start on my routine. Fotunately I had laid everything out the night before. I ate a granola bar and yogurt along with my morning pills.
Stretched quads, hamstrings, and shins.
