Comments: The run was great as I set a new PR. My HR was higher than normal but I felt strong the whole way. I think the higher HR was due to having eaten too much and not the right food before the event. What would you do differently?: Control pre event nutrition. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walked around for about 10 minutes. Ingested some carbs via a half pizza slice and banana and drank some water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Heavy stomack due to poor pre event nutrition. Last updated: 2006-05-08 12:00 AM
