Subject: Avatars all over the screen unrelated to thread

Somehow, I am seeing someone's avatar (I assume) pegged to each and every post in a thread.  Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of this?  See below for screen shot:

Your browser cache is probably corrupted.  Try clearing it and deleting temp files.
