Subject: Mentor log "latest post" link not working right
Today noticed that when I click on the link on the right side of the mentor forums where it says "RE: Xxx xxxxx", it does not take you to the last posting, but rather to some intermediate page in the thread.  Minor annoyance, and hopefully a quick fixSmile.

I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

I just completed my first Ironman season and I was free of injuries. I am now just messing around when I run at a fast pace (for me), I get a shooting pain in my right knee.

If you have the desire to get better you should think about implementing some sport rotation into your season. Letting your body focus on one event at time will help it adapt more quickly.
