Expert  1158    Chicagoland |  Subject: Republic WirelessOh great wizards of BT, I need your help. Has anyone heard of Republic Wireless. I have Verizon with unlimited data and yes, I do use the internet a lot!. My upgrade is coming up and I want to get a new phone with all the bells and whistles. BUT stupid Verizon will take my unlimted data away if I use the upgrade (even though I have been on the plan for 10+ years). Yes, I could just pay the full retail price but I don't want to. I heard that Republic Wireless has an unlimited everything plan for $20. And they are coming out with the Moto X in November. I am paying $130 right now for 2 phones. So does anyone have RW? Thoughts? Complaints? |

Thoughts? Complaints? I don't have them, but I just switched to Virgin mobile. I get unlimited data/messaging plus 300 minutes for $35/mo. They have a decent selection of smart phones. I'm a cheapo so I went witht he one that was on sale for $50. I don't even know what it is but it's an LG and it's probably 2-3 years old, but it works for me. They run on the Sprint network just FYI. |
