Subject: I have another brick question.
I'm currently do a duathlon plan and it is telling me to do a double brick and i was just wondering if I'm going to do this back to back or with a break in between.

 Back to back. If you want to take 5-10 minutes after the first run, go ahead, but the idea is to have one 90 minute Run-Bike-Run-Bike workout. It's kind of like a shortened F1 Duathlon.

I love those kinds of workouts. Have fun!
