Subject: Training Plan displaying miles instead of km's
Hi, I have changed my settings to metric (km's, meters etc), but for some reason my plan is still showing miles and yards. Any suggestions for how to change this? Thanks

To get the full units conversion in the workout details (not just overall distance) you need to reimport the plan to your log now that you have your correct units selected.

Using a high-volume schedule for many months is not the best tactic. Build speed and skill several months out, and then transition to a high-volume IM plan.

Soon after I got married, I decided I needed to get motivated to work out and focus on getting back into shape. I could barely jog a quarter-mile without needing a walk break.

I think quite truly for the first time I 'get it'. It's not just about the fitness. It's not just about the great little endorphin rush as you hit 5, 10, 15 miles...its not just the medal at the end.
